Genesis Motors, LLC, is Hyundai Motor Group’s luxury vehicle manufacturing division, with roots dating back to 2004. Its flagship model, the Genesis G90 (formerly the Hyundai Equus), debuted as a full-size luxury sedan in 2015. The G90 epitomized the Genesis experience — encompassing cutting-edge technology, elegant designs combining comfort and luxury, advanced safety features, and exceptional driving experiences with optional all-wheel drive (AWD). 

A year later, the first standalone models hit U.S. dealerships with the debut of the Genesis G80 midsize and Genesis G90 full-size premium sedans. Routine Maintenance Recommendations

Along with annual inspections, we at Guy's Automotive recommend the following routine service milestones to keep your Genesis vehicle in prime condition.

• 7,500-mile service: Perform an oil change, tire rotation, and routine inspections. Inspect the air filter, replacing it as needed. Inspect and top off fluids. 
• 15,000-mile service: Repeat 7,500-mile service tasks. Add vapor hose, fuel filter cap, and fuel filter inspections; fuel tank inspection; parking brake inspection; climate-control air filter replacement; and brake fluid replacement.
• 30,000-mile service: Repeat the previous two service tasks. Include thorough inspections for the brake, fuel, and steering systems; air conditioning filter replacement; and front and rear differential oil inspection on four-wheel models.
• 60,000-mile service: Repeat 15,000-mile service tasks. Check the drive belts and valve clearance. 
• 97,500-mile service: Change the spark plugs.
• 120,000-mile service: Replace the engine coolant at 120,000 miles or every 10 years. After that, replace the coolant every 30,000 miles or every 24 months.
